Job Description:

• Should have more than 3 years experience in MS.Net 2.0 (ASP.Net), SSRS, web services and 2 years experience in SharePoint (MOSS). Should be worked on Sql server 2005.
• Ability to handle the project alone with minimal supervision and should be a good team player also.
• Ability to analyze the requirement and identify the system requirements. Ability to understand the existing applications to support the users.
• Microsoft Dynamics knowledge is added advantage.

Position 02 : Dy. Manager/Manager - Sales & Marketing

Department : Medicinal Chemistry and Process Research & Development

Reporting To : Senior Sales & Marketing head for Europe

Work location : Continental Europe

Minimum requirements (preferred education and experience level)

• Degrees in Chemistry, preferably with MBA with relevant experience of working as a sales person.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in sales of Medicinal Chemistry & Process Research and Development. Experience of selling Medicinal Chemistry & Process Research and Development services for Indian organisations would be an advantage.
• Must be authorized to work in Europe and must have a valid driver’s license.

Major accountabilities:

• Meet sales and revenue targets
• Develop client base and viable pipeline
• Develop strategic plan for business development for expanding client base
• Develop an annual business plan for each existing and new strategic account. This plan will outlay a strategy for further developing business from each account. Interact and coordinate with the strategic business heads of relevant departments for development of business
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records within the salesforce.com
• Obtain feedback from clients, monitor and update the progress
• Participate in weekly updates to management and the business development team of new activities, with urgent and important issues being shared with management as they arise
• Lead on all request for proposal (RFP) / request for quotes (RFQ) / request for information (RFI) from potential clients
• Actively participates in professional meetings and conventions as appropriate

Desired qualification:

• Graduate or Post Graduate in Chemistry with an MBA, Ph.D degrees preferred
• Strong skills in microsoft office suite (word, excel, power point), email, and voice mail are required
• effective presentation, documentation, and interpersonal skills with a strong team-oriented approach
• The ability to perform several tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines is necessary
