Kilo lab, Pilot plant and Manufacturing facilities are spread over 17 acres of land situated in Hyderabad, AP, India. Our cGMP compliant scale up facilities are equipped with adequate number of MSGL, SS reaction vessels, hydrogenators, filtration systems, driers, milling equipment, blenders and sifters. Capacity of reaction vessels range from 500L to 4000 L. Two production blocks are available for commercial manufacture. Each block is provided with chemical and powder processing areas.

Chemical area

• Independent suites for each of six reactors in production Block-II
• Individual suites for filtration and drying systems
• Each suite is provided with positive air pressure

Powder processing area

• Independent suites for SSR, GLR crystallisers and centrifuge systems
• Independent suites for filters, driers, millers, packaging and quarantine area
• All the suites are provided with filtered air through Air Handling Units (AHUs)
