Liver Fibrosis Models

STZ + HFD NASH Model : It is a translational model for human diseases like fatty liver, NASH and HCC created by combination of chemical, streptozotocin (STZ) (Post natal day-2) and high fat diet (HFD, 60% kcal) (from 4 weeks till end of the treatment)​.

Amylin Liver NASH Model (AMLN NASH) Is a diet induced Liver Fibrosis model for human NASH diseases created by feeding  high fat diet (AMLN diet, 40 kcal% (mostly palm oil), 20 kcal% fructose and 2% cholesterol; D09100310) in male C57BL/6 mice.

CCl4 Liver Fibrosis Model (Rat & Mouse) : This fibrosis animal model shares several characteristics with human fibrosis of different etiologies​, chronic CCl4 intoxication is a well-known model for producing oxidative stress and chemical hepatic injury in the liver.
