Job Responsibilities
    Ability to carry out production and allied activities:

  • Carry out production activities as per guidelines & norms with supervision maybe required.
  • Getting Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) from Quality Assurance (QA) and producing the products by following operations mentioned in BMR and maintaining on-line documentation.
  • Receiving indented raw materials/engineering materials from warehouse and storing of materials in-place with proper identification
  • Sending in-process/intermediates/finished products/equipment cleaning samples to QC along with TI/ATR sheet.
  • Collecting the sheet from QC and attaching it to respective BMR and handing over the executed BMR to QA
  • Filling up of status boards equipment assigned during the shift
  • Handing / Taking over the position of batches/equipment from/ to concerned during a shift change
  • Following cGMP and safety guidelines/ precautions
  • Ensure documentation as specified / required
  • Ensuring that good housekeeping practices are maintained both inside and outside the blocks
  • Performance checking of the balance as per schedule.
  • Provide equipment for preventive maintenance as per schedule and giving work order to maintenance department whenever a problem is identified with respect to that particular equipment
    Ensure safety at work through enforcement of good manufacturing practices:

  • Follow safety & quality systems in the plant
  • Maintenance and usage of equipment/instruments as per SOPs general housekeeping norms.
    Ensure skill development of self:

  • Improve knowledge of production techniques / processes, etc. through one on one discussions with supervisor/ regular classroom trainings/ project trainings/ further educational programs etc.
  • Focus on developing behavioral competencies through behavioral training
    workshops and feedback discussion with manager
