Job Responsibilities
  • Making Of Proposals For Chemistry Services & (Chemistry) As Per Clients Requirement: Receiving request from S & M and ascertain the availability of scope; Getting estimates from Stake holders, formulate the estimate into Proposal, getting it approved and sending it back to S & M within the specified TAT.
Skills Essentials
  • Inter-Departmental Coordination (Technical-Estimates/Submissions/Approvals, Scm-Rm Costing/Exports, S&M-Pos/Agreements/Clients Feedback, and Finance – Invoicing):
  • Communicate To and Work With the Other Departments as Necessary To Resolve Unique Customer Issues/Concerns Proposals Track, Reports: Storing all proposals/POs (in case of approved projects) in one central location; Daily, weekly and Monthly track of all the proposals accepted, rejected, declined and submitted.
