Job Responsibilities
  • Demand Planning, Scheduling, Production Planning & Inventory Control related to API & Contract Manufacturing Business.
  • Raw Material planning in alignment with production plan, generating Purchase requisitions through ERP to Procurement.
  • Prepare preliminary data for S&OP and conduct monthly S&OP meeting with concerned internal stakeholders.
  • Monitoring deliveries of RMs & PMs in accordance to consumption to avoid overstocking & stock out.
  • Inventory Management- Analysis of slow moving inventory & aligning its treatment with production plan.
  • Coordinating activities with internal stakeholders viz; Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality Control & Warehouse teams and be the main interface to ensure timely completion of monthly Demand plan.
  • Monitor daily Production, Raw material Receipts & Finished Goods despatches & take appropriate corrective measures
  • Performing SAP S4 Hana activities related to MM & PP modules.
  • Smooth integration of new & existing products into the supply chain and capacity management activities.
  • Continuous improvement of Planning process by understanding current gaps/challenges & taking appropriate corrective measures.
  • Establish key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to demand planning processes/operations; measure actual performance against goals on regular basis
  • Facilitate initiatives aiming to reduce lead time, achieve cost savings and optimize communication effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with other functions such as sales/marketing, finance, RA/QA and IT to intergrade business process and develop solutions.
  • Preparing the MIS reports & monitor SCM KPI dashboard.
  • Aligning overall Supply Strategy in line with organizational strategy.
